Material Coordination

Throughout the duration of a project it is imperative to have a tight control of the grout material being supplied and installed. This is particularly important in UHS (Ultra High Strength) grouting operations, where each batch of material comes complete with a manufacturers certificate of conformance. This must be tracked from the manufacturers production facility, to delivery at the onshore base, through forward transit to the installation vessel, and then finally to the structure in which it is installed.

CemServe material coordinators are well versed in the logistics and process of material movement. Stationed at the onshore base, or designated port, CemServe material controllers will ensure material makes it from A to B as efficiently and smoothly as possible, liaising with onshore and offshore teams so that material is ready for those quick vessel port calls.
