Established in 2017, CemServe provides specialist grouting expertise and personnel to the offshore construction industry worldwide. We pride ourselves in helping clients achieve their operational requirements through the provision of high-quality consultation, supervision, and personnel services.

We offer client tailored solutions, from engineering support, assisting in the production of technical documentation, on-site supervision, and client representation, to the provision of skilled and fully certified grouting personnel.

With expertise in the application of Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) and Ultra High Strength (UHS) grout, you can be confident CemServe has the knowledge and experience of the materials currently used in the Oil & Gas (O&G) and Renewables sectors. This is evident from our recent work on projects such as Beatrice OWF, Brent Alpha Decommissioning, and the YME Redevelopment project.

Dean Manders

Managing Director

Dean is an experienced grouting superintendent and client representative, providing expertise in offshore grouting operations in the oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors. He began his career at FoundOcean in 2006 and quickly progressed through the ranks, becoming Offshore Operations Supervisor by 2008. During his time at FoundOcean, Dean was responsible for the offshore execution of countless O&G and renewable energy projects. This includes several high-profile jobs such as North Rankin B installation (the world’s largest platform), Godewind OWF and the salvage of the Costa Concordia cruise liner. Dean was then recruited as Operations Supervisor by UAE based ULO Systems LLC. During his time at ULO, he successfully guided ULO in transitioning to the renewables market – overseeing the design of new grouting plant and assisting in achieving BASF approved applicator status.

Having accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise during his career, Dean is now focused on providing high quality consultation, supervision and personnel to the offshore industry through CemServe.

All our personnel are BOSIET, medical and GWO certified, and are covered by Public Liability insurance up to a value of £5,000,000.
